Chop cucumbers 3 sec / sq. 5. Put in a salad bowl.

Grind the beets for 4 sec / sq. 5. Place in the steam basket.
Cut the potatoes into cubes and place in Varoma.
Pour boiling water into a bowl, set the steam basket with beets, set Varoma with vegetables, turn on 30 min / Varoma / sk. "spoon".
Cool the cooked vegetables and mix gently with the rest of the ingredients.

(+) Saves time on cutting carrots, beets and cucumbers. Raw potatoes are easier to cut and can be cut much smaller than boiled ones. In general, cooking took less time than without the thermomix. I liked that the carrots and beets are finely chopped. The vinaigrette turned out to be delicious

Beautiful vinaigrette!
As for cereals, TM has really delicious cereals. In the Multicooker I once tried to cook rice - I didn't like it. But judging by the fact that everyone is happy, I did something wrong. She did not finish off. Arrange cereals from TM. It also turns itself off and beeps.
I cook rice with pumpkin. Grind the pumpkin for a few seconds, add sl. butter and carcass on sk 2. Then pour in milk, add rice, sugar and a little salt to taste and cook for about 20-30 min / 90 g / sk 1. Knives in the opposite direction. The time depends on the rice. Also delicious and there were no punctures.
Semolina is delicious. Necessarily with a butterfly, no lumps, and at the end, if you also beat a little, you get an airy

Thank you!
How long should you stew the pumpkin?
sve
Pumpkin carcass not long, slightly change color and that's it. She will still cook later. Ideally, of course, it is better to fry it over high heat, so that it becomes a crust. Therefore, it is better at 100 degrees to first melt the sl. butter, then add pumpkin. But I'm lazy. I grind the pumpkin, then add the sl. oil and turn on 100 degrees min for 5-10, ck 2-3. Again, it all depends on the number of pumpkin, I put it "by eye" And also, while it is stewing, you can sprinkle sugar on top
