The saucepan was large, with a thick bottom, on very low heat the temperature was even insufficient, only about 80 *, I had to add a little. My bone broth was cooked in advance, the cabbage was fresh, but I gurgled half a jar of my tkemali sauce with the meat, the beans were already boiled until half cooked, so I added them later.
