Ingredients

dark chocolate (better bitter) 100 g
egg 3 pcs.
butter 100 g
sugar 100 g
cognac 20 g
vanilla taste

Cooking method

  • Shock MangeFirst of all, wash the eggs well with soap and soak them in a soda solution for 1-2 hours. We rinse. We wipe it off. We divide the eggs into whites and yolks. Beat the yolks with half the sugar until fluffy and light. It is desirable that all the sugar is dissolved.
