Ingredients

DOUGH
* Butter, melted 65 g
* Eggs 2 pcs
* Sour cream 50 g
* Wheat flour 180g.
* Baking powder 1 tsp
* Sugar 150 g
FILLING
* Sour cream 170 g
* Potato starch 20 g
* Sugar 50 g
* Vanillin taste
FILLER
* Fruits, berries 200 BC

* Plum seasonal 150 g
* Black currant (frozen) 50 g

Cooking method

  • DOUGH:
  • Connect:
  • butter, 65 g, eggs, sour cream 50 g. Beat lightly with a whisk.
  • Flour (180g) + baking powder (1 tsp) = sift. Add sugar (150 g)
  • Combine mixtures, mix.
  • FILLING:
  • Combine sour cream (170 g), potato starch (20 g), sugar (50 g) and vanillin. To stir thoroughly.
  • Grease the form or cover with parchment. I baked in a silicone mold.
  • Put the dough into a mold, flatten. Form sides with a spoon or spatula.
  • Spread fruits and berries over the dough. Top with sour cream sauce.
  • Bake at 180 ° C for 30-35 minutes.
