Grilled cabbage with miso sauce

Ingredients

cabbage 1 fork.
miso paste 2 tbsp. l.
soy sauce 2 tbsp. l.
sugar 3 tbsp. l.
vegetable oil 2 + 1 st. l.
garlic 1 tooth.
fresh grated ginger 2 tsp
chilli 1/3 tsp
rice vinegar (apple cider) 2 tbsp. l.
green onions (I have chives) bundle.

Cooking method

  • Grilled cabbage with miso sauceCut the cabbage into 8 pieces. Leave the stump so that the leaves hold well.
    Grilled cabbage with miso sauceThrow in boiling water and hold for 5 minutes. If the cabbage is old, then hold for 10 minutes.
    Grilled cabbage with miso sauceThrow in a colander. Allow water to drain.
    Grilled cabbage with miso sauceSpread on a baking sheet, having previously greased with vegetable oil.
    Grilled cabbage with miso saucePlace in the oven under the grill. Hold on one side until "scorch marks" appear, turn over.
    Grilled cabbage with miso sauceWhile the cabbage is cooking, make the sauce. Put sugar and miso paste in a bowl. Three garlic and ginger. Pour in sugar. Pour in vinegar, soy sauce and two tablespoons of oil. Add pepper. Mix everything thoroughly.
