Ingredients

Potatoes (preferably young) 1 kg
Garlic 3 tooth.
Paprika 1 tsp
Seasoning for potatoes 1 tsp
Dried dill 1 tsp
Ground pepper Taste
Salt Taste
Butter 1 tbsp. l
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l
Fresh dill Pinch

Cooking method

  • The recipe is taken from the cuckoo book with my additions. So, we take potatoes, preferably young, small. Wash, wipe, cut into 6 or 8 pieces. Cut the garlic into small pieces (pre-peeled). In a separate bowl, mix the oils with spices and garlic, and then rub the potatoes with this Idaho potatoes in a multicooker Cuckoo 1004f
  • Pour into the multicooker bowl, close the lid, select the oven level 1, 30 minutes. After the end of the program, stir and serve, sprinkling with green tea. This time I wanted to fry the potatoes again, and after 30 minutes I stirred and turned on the oven program again, but already on level 2 and 10 minutes.
