Cream 35% 300g
Powdered sugar 100g
Berries (strawberries) 300g

Cooking method

  • Muffins in potsCombine eggs with sugar and beat. You can not beat much, just stir.
    Muffins in potsAdd all remaining ingredients and whisk until smooth.
    Muffins in potsFills in forms by 1/4. In such forms it is 60g. You can fill in a 70g form, then the dough rises to the brim during baking.
    Muffins in potsBake in the microwave for 1 minute at 800 W. Cool completely.
    Muffins in potsCut out the middle. Fill with berries.
    Muffins in potsPunch some of the berries with a blender and pour over the strawberries. Close with cut out biscuit lids.
    Muffins in potsAdd icing sugar to cold cream and beat.
    Muffins in potsThe cream should hold its shape well. We transfer them to a bag with a nozzle.

There is nothing unusual about the recipe itself. The most common biscuit and the most common cream of cream. I decided to put it up only because now in Pyaterochka stores there are dairy products on sale in clay pots produced by Kolomenskoye Milk LLC. First I saw butter, then sour cream, then cottage cheese. And now also yogurt. True pots of a different shape.
A recipe for baking a chocolate cake in this form was given to the butter. I began to bake and saw that there were little joints. I decided to share my observations. Suddenly someone else buys such pots.
The recipe says all ingredients can be mixed right in the pot. (the recipe was given for 1 egg) Doesn't work. While mixing all the ingredients in a pot, the mass overflows. Knead the dough, even for one egg, in a larger bowl.
It is not realistic to bake this amount of dough in one pot, since it will simply overflow during baking. The recipe dough for one egg can be baked by dividing it into 4 parts. This is about 55 g per pot.
The recipe requires baking for 3 minutes at maximum power. I baked for 1 minute. I have the highest power 800 W. In 3 minutes I would have gotten a crouton. I tried to bake for 1.5 minutes, the biscuit turned out to be already dry.

Just a few days ago I made a cream from the same cream, from the same pack, but it was not so stable for me. What I liked about this recipe is that it takes ten minutes at most to get the final result to eat it. The products are simply mixed. The first time I did it and the rise of the dough was wonderful. It's about two minutes. Bake for one minute. Beat the cream for 3 minutes. Another couple of minutes to decorate.

Olya, these two nozzles make grooves in the cream equally deep. The nozzle with inclined teeth draws the drawing with cream a little steeper. But with the skill of owning nozzles, this is not at all necessary. You can simply use your hand to wrap the drawing more abruptly using a nozzle with straight teeth.
