Ingredients

Cauliflower, frozen, 700 g
Sour cream 15% 4 tbsp. l.
Mashed potatoes, instant taste
Salt, sugar, pepper, dry garlic and onions taste

Cooking method

  • Put 700 g of frozen cauliflower in a bowl and add salt ..
  • I cooked at MAX for about 2 hours and 50 minutes. The cabbage produced a little juice, about 1 cm above the bottom.
  • After 2 hours, added 4 tbsp to the juice. l. sour cream, salt, sugar, pepper, dry onions and garlic, mixed.
  • In the sauce of almost finished cabbage, I added Rolton instant mashed potatoes for thickness by eye. It turned out not overcooked, moderately soft cabbage in a pleasant sour cream sauce.

Svetlana, I'm not afraid, in some models there are such restrictions, but they have a lower cooking temperature, they cannot cope with freezing and bowls, apparently weaker, since they cannot be put in the oven, microwave, dipped in the bottom in water, etc. and in their instructions it is written that you can not cook non-thawed foods, (in Kenwood 706 I cooked freezing in a water bath, without touching the walls of the bowl)
A Kitforth bowl can be put in the oven and microwave, they are stronger. But here each housewife must decide for herself, and in the instructions for Kitfort KT-2010 there is no prohibition on the preparation of frozen foods, and I really like such cooking, since the vegetables remain juicy and evenly soft, but not overcooked.
