Ingredients

* Sourdough 230 g

Cooking method

  • I, as a prudent housewife, always take great care of all the leftovers that were formed in the process of cooking something or left over from uneaten dishes. Well, the time is ... saving makes you collect every crumb in your palm. Therefore, it is a sacred thing to attach such remnants)))
  • In the evening, make a dough of 80 g. Starter, 75 g. Flour and 75 ml. water.
  • In the morning, from the given ingredients, knead the dough. Add water in portions and monitor the condition of the kolobok. the dough should be plastic, soft, slightly sticky.
  • We put in the heat to ferment. As soon as the mass doubles, we start molding the bread.
  • I decided to make one full-fledged loaf, and from what remains to make a lash. So the bread is formed and it's time to give it proofing. We grease the blanks that come up with any grease (milk, sweet tea, yolk, sour cream ... I smeared it with caramel cream with slightly diluted water), sprinkle with someone who likes what (I have sesame and black cumin) and put in an oven preheated to 180 * C.
  • We bake for 35 minutes. We remove the small blank early, as soon as it is browned.
  • The bread is soft, although the crust is crispy. We cool, as always, in a towel on the wire rack.
  • The crumb structure of the chilled loaf is amazing. Very springy and nostril. The products are light and fragrant. Due to the fact that soda is added to the dough, the taste of the bread does not have the sourness characteristic of sourdough baked goods.
