Received a Gorenje BM1400E oven as a gift. I reread the topics on it here on the forum + Admin topic about food preparation + bookmark + baking .... everything is SIMPLE and AVAILABLE! THANK YOU! I will try and make friends with the kolobok))))
I just didn't find the information - how to prepare the oven at the beginning? the instructions say - wash, grease with oil (!!! what? or a non-stick mixture is better?), and then warm up for 10 (!!) minutes ... empty? Which mode should you choose? Or is it all the same? With the lid open or not? I read (I don't remember on which forum on bread makers) that the viewing window can melt with such heating. I don't remember exactly what model and manufacturer it is, but it happens ((
I would like to ask the owners (s) of my particular model - how did you cope with this task of preparing the furnace for operation? What was the lubricant? Did you ignite?
And further. Should you grease before every baking? What's better? I read here that they are preparing some kind of magic lubricating paste))

Tolena, look for the "oven" mode, wipe everything inside and especially the heating elements dry. with a rag.
Antriprig. grease - in equal parts: flour, lard, pods. oil. With the lid open min. 10-15.
