Vegetable stew with fish balls and cheese crust

Ingredients

any vegetables (I have zucchini, asparagus beans and green peas)
minced fish (I have pike)
hard cheese (I have low fat)
salt, spices

Cooking method

  • I do not indicate the proportions, everything is in the "eye".
  • Boil beans and peas separately until half cooked. I have frozen. I throw it straight into boiling water.
  • Peel the zucchini, cut into small pieces. If there is a microwave, steam it in a little water at maximum power for 7-10 minutes.
  • Or boil the same amount in boiling water. Depending on the method of heat treatment, either put it in a colander or drain the released liquid.
  • Mix all the vegetables, salt and pepper.
  • Place in a deep baking dish.
  • Salt and pepper the minced meat, add a little water, stir.
  • Make small meatballs with your hands and spread over vegetables, slightly sinking.
  • Grate the cheese coarsely and cover the prepared stew thicker.
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees until golden brown.
  • Can be cooked in a pizza maker. Only put the cheese when the meatballs are ready.

Note

I currently have product restrictions. Therefore, I made it only from green vegetables, without onions and garlic. Seasoning only with salt and cumin.
It will be delicious with eggplants and tomatoes.
The principle is a small heat treatment of dense vegetables. I advise you to remove the skin from tomatoes.
Instead of fish, any minced meat is perfect.
