Yoghurt Chocolate Thick Waffles

Ingredients

Yogurt with filling 350 g large glass
Eggs 2
Wheat flour 100 g
Corn flour 80 g
Butter (can be replaced with odorless vegetable oil) 50 g
Cocoa powder 1-2 tablespoons
Coconut flakes (without it) 1 tablespoon)
Cinnamon
Baking powder 1/2 sachet

Cooking method

  • Melt the butter (I do it in the microwave)
  • Beat eggs, yogurt. I have yogurt "Savushkin" orange-nectarine, a large glass.
  • Add butter, baking powder, cocoa, shavings. If you like sweet waffles, you can add a couple tablespoons of sugar. (Sugar from yogurt was enough for me)
  • Add flour, wheat flour first. Then add cornmeal until the dough is thicker than sour cream, in consistency like thick pancakes. It took me 80 g.
  • Bake in thick waffle iron for about 6-7 minutes
  • Place on a wire rack. The waffles are not very sweet, so they can be served with honey, condensed milk, jam.

On my GF with large shapes it turned out 4 pieces. On standard forms pieces 6-8

Time for preparing:

6-7 min at medium-high power

Note

The waffles are soft at first, when they cool slightly on the wire rack, they are crispy outside and soft inside. When they lie down for a long time, they soften ... But I heat them in the toaster and they become even tastier - crispy !!!
