Pumpkin puree soup

Ingredients

Pumpkin 300 -400 g
Potatoes 1 piece (medium)
Black peppercorns 4 things.
Allspice 2 pcs.
Bay leaf 1 PC.
Brisket (preferably raw smoked) 100 g
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Carrot 1 small
Ginger root 1.5-2 cm
Garlic 1-2 cloves
chicken broth 0,5 l
Cream 10-20% 0.2 l
Butter 20-30 g
For filing:
Dill and parsley taste
Pumpkin seeds taste
Croutons-croutons taste

Cooking method

  • Peel the pumpkin and potatoes, cut, add a little broth, spices, bring to a boil and simmer until half cooked (10-15 minutes). Take out the pepper and lavrushka.
  • Fry the pork brisket in a skillet, remove it on a plate, and in the remaining fat, sauté the onions, carrots, garlic and ginger, after chopping them.
  • Add vegetables to the saucepan, add broth and boil for another 10-15 minutes.
  • Punch through everything with a blender, add cream, butter and bring to a boil again.
  • Serve the cream soup with the fried brisket and herbs on the bowls. You can add pumpkin seeds and croutons.
