Pea meatballs

Ingredients

* Peas dry 250 g
* Bulb onions 1 PC.
* Vegetable oil 6 tbsp. l.
* Flax seeds 1 tbsp. l.
* Water 3 tbsp. l.
* Wheat flour 2 tbsp. l.
* Salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Soak peas overnight in cold water.
  • Grind flax seeds in a coffee grinder, mix with water and refrigerate overnight.
  • Throw the peas in a colander, rinse well.
  • Finely chop the onion and fry for 2 tbsp. l. oils until transparent.
  • Grind peas and onions with a blender (in the absence of mince).
  • Add the flaxseed mixture (it works as an egg), flour, season to taste, stir.
  • Take the mass with a spoon, shape the meatball and put the mixture in a pan with well-heated oil.
  • Fry for 5 minutes on each side. Put the ready-made meatballs
  • on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
  • A wonderful protein dish.
