Quite a convenient way of making dumplings and dumplings if you want to roll out the dough by hand.

Dough knife connecting TESCOMA DELÍCIA to help.
A convenient way to make dumplings and dumplings

Similar to this method, I sometimes make dumplings and dumplings, but I roll out the dough on a dough roll.
A wide long layer of dough, spread the filling along, spread it on 2/3 of the width of the layer, roll up the filling, and cut and seal it with the Tescom wheel.

Irin, I don’t know if I understood this sculpting process correctly. I wish I could watch a video of such a process, otherwise I don’t work out with classical sculpting, ugly dumplings turn out ... hands probably grow from the wrong place
Here I am inhibited (not yet slept from the night), I have not seen the video ..
True, in the video, the filling was dotted, but in your version, for some reason, I imagined that the filling is laid out with a sausage, a long sausage is folded up and cut and stuck into dumplings ... No, not like that

in the video, the cottage cheese is also put in a layer, not smeared, but not thick, not sausage, no.
And I have a layer of dough - about 7-max 10 cm in width, the length is at least as much, I have a manual dough sheeter, you can't roll more than 40 cm in length, it's not convenient, and how the table allows.
So I apply a thin layer of filling along the strip, 2/3 of the width, and twist it.
I flatten the roll a little and cut / blind it with a wheel, the length of the dumplings is arbitrary.

This method is also convenient, I roll so "lazily" dumplings / mantis, as I bought a wheel about 4 years ago.
