Ingredients

Broccoli (frozen) 100 g
Cauliflower (frozen) 100 g
Mushrooms - champignons (frozen) 100 g
Beets (frozen) 100 g
Carrots (frozen) 1/2 pc
Onion 1 small. PC.
Young zucchini 50 g
chicken broth 250 ml
Tomato paste 1 tbsp. spoons
Favorite seasoning 1 tsp
Soft cheese 2 tbsp. spoons
Soy sauce taste
Greens taste

Cooking method

  • Such an impressive list turned out, but in fact ... Belokochanka was not, replaced broccoli and colored, potatoes are excluded, but there are mushrooms and half a Bulgarian pepper. Without bothering, I threw a handful of everything, and Andy cooked a wonderful borscht-NEBorsch without potatoes and any fats. I don't eat mayonnaise, there was no sour cream, I flavored it with melted cheese and soy sauce. It turned out delicious and almost dietary.

2-3 servings based on appetite.
