But once, having transferred store pickled tomatoes to the gorloder, I still had a jar of marinade ... she stood there, bored, and suddenly I mentally combined this marinade with fresh herring. And I thought, "Why not?"

For the first time, I just poured pickles from cucumbers and tomatoes, pre-salting the fillets. Since my pickles are tender, with apple cider vinegar, I had to hold the herring in the brine for three days to marinate better.
On the second run, I already took into account the "weakness" of my pickles and immediately boiled them with additional additives - salt, allspice and cloves, a pinch of mustard. I cooled and poured the herring, here in a day they already enjoyed the tender pickled herring. Today I made my husband a butter sandwich on my black bread with chives onions. He said that it was just a magical herring. The main thing is that pickled is the variety of taste.

Part of the brine itself made - 1 tbsp per liter of water. spoon of salt and threw allspice, a mixture of 5 peppers, lavrushka, for some reason cloves)). It all boiled, cooled and poured. And a lot of onions. But the herring turned out to be excellent. And if I saw your recipe, I wouldn't have to fool around like that! I will definitely do their next trip!
