Chicken (fillet) with almonds baked in cream

Ingredients:

Chicken breast fillet 800 g
Ground sweet paprika 2 tsp
Ground black pepper 1.5 tsp
Ground nutmeg pinch
Salt 1.5 tsp
Cream (23% fat) 500 ml
Almonds (plates) handful
Butter

Cooking method

  • Mix all the spices and salt. Grate each fillet with the resulting mixture, let it marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes. Then cut the fillets into smaller pieces (~ 2 x 2 cm).

  • Grease a baking dish liberally with butter, put fillet pieces, pour cream, cover with foil and put in preheated to 180aboutFrom the oven for 30 minutes. Then remove the foil, sprinkle the chicken with almonds and return to the oven for another 20 minutes.

  • Serve hot with crumbly rice.

I can't say that the taste of almonds is felt, but somehow I did it without it (I didn't have almonds), as it seemed like something was missing in the taste ...
