For the New Year 2010 I gave my wife a Kenwood 450 bread machine. Inspection of the build quality convinced me of the correctness of my choice. Done - impeccable. The documentation that came with the Kenwood 450 was disappointing. There was no recipe book in Russian, two dozen other languages ​​did not cheer up. The first day they baked bread, the egg recipe of which was in the Guide. The result is excellent. After searching on your site, I downloaded Recipe Books in Russian and Ukrainian. It turned out that the recipes in them are somewhat different. So in the light brown recipe book there is no Easter baking. And since this Great holiday, I bring a modified Easter recipe, which turns out perfectly

Ingredients:

Baking program 6 Sweet bread 1kg. medium crust
200 ml whole milk from a barrel

3pcs eggs with yellow yolk

40 ml refined vegetable oil "Stozhar"

7 tbsp. heaped spoons of Sugar

1 teaspoon flat. Fine salt

520 gr wheat flour "Novopokrovskaya"

60 gr pitted raisins, washed with boiling water, wet

60 grams of dried apricots, washed with boiling water, wet.

2 teaspoons dry yeast "Lviv 100gr. packs ".
I would also like to draw your attention to flour. We have tried six varieties of flour, milk and egg bread is good everywhere. But the best results are obtained from Novopokrovka flour, when it is slightly yellowish, sold in yellow packs .. But the cheapest loose flour after drying gives a good result. One thing is important that the milk is not old, otherwise a sour smell appears when baking.

This Recipe is quite stable. We bake for tea quite often. When mixing, it seems that there is a lot of liquid. Begins to bake, the dough is only a third of the form, but in the process of baking the cake is suitable. If you add vanilla that we sell, the dough shrinks and the top of the cake turns out to be light.
