Lemon muffin (multicooker Philips HD3060)

Ingredients

butter 90 g
sugar 100gr
eggs 2 pcs
lemon juice 1-1.5 tbsp boxes
flour 125-130gr
baking powder 1h boxes
for glaze: icing sugar 2-3 table boxes
lemon juice (quantity depends on the desired thickness of the glaze)

Cooking method

  • Beat the softened butter with sugar, add eggs one at a time, then lemon juice.
  • Mix the sifted flour with baking powder, add in parts, stirring thoroughly, the dough will turn out like thick sour cream.
  • Put the dough in a greased bowl. Cupcake 130 * program for 55 min.
  • While baking, you can prepare the icing. Pour lemon juice into the icing sugar with a teaspoon and stir, add juice until the desired consistency is obtained. I made a thick icing to keep it from dripping.
  • At the end of the program, place the cake on the wire rack and pour over the lemon glaze.
  • Here is such a delicious cupcake.

Note

You can add lemon zest, raisins or other dried fruits to the finished dough, I didn't have anything, but it still turned out delicious.
