Sour cream 600 g
Sugar 6 tbsp. l

Cocoa 2 tbsp. l
Butter 50 g

Cooking method

  • Beat the eggs with sugar, salt and vanilla for about 5 minutes.
  • Dissolve coffee in warm milk.
  • Add room temperature butter and coffee with milk to the egg mixture. Whisk.
  • Sift flour together with cocoa and soda into a liquid mixture and mix well until smooth.
