Banana protein pudding

Banana protein pudding

Ingredients

Milk 600 ml
Flour 50 g (2 tbsp. L with a slide)
Sugar 75 g + 100 g
Eggs 2 pcs.
Vanillin or nutmeg taste
Bananas 2-3 pcs.
Sprinkle chocolate by consumption
Salt pinch

Cooking method

  • Divide the eggs into whites and yolks, beat the whites with sugar until firm.
  • Heat the milk slightly in a non-stick saucepan, in which we will then cook the pudding.
  • Mix flour with sugar, salt and vanilla.
  • Mix the yolks (in a large beating jug!) Slightly with a mixer, dilute with a quarter of warm milk. Add dry mixture and remaining milk and beat well with a mixer. Here it will become clear why a large jug is needed ... Pour into a saucepan and bring to a boil over low heat with constant stirring, and then cook for several minutes until thickened.
  • Cut the bananas into dimes.
  • Put in a glass or a bowl: on the bottom of the slightly cooled milk "porridge", then bananas, whipped protein (or vice versa), on top of the remaining pudding, pour chocolate chips.
  • Refrigerate for a few hours. Delicious!!

The dish is designed for

6 servings

Note

I suppose not only bananas come here, but also other fruits-berries, like oranges-tangerines, kiwis, etc. Even frozen apricots-cherries-strawberries-raspberries-currants, but I would have cooked them before.
Fresh, not heat-treated protein, I understand, will cause concern. But I have my chickens and from them their wonderful huge tasty eggs.
Better not bowls are suitable, but low wide glasses.
I forgot about the chocolate chip before photographing, and then I was too lazy to reshoot.
The top layer of pudding, in an amicable way, should be put into a pastry bag and squeezed out beautifully and beautifully on the surface of the bowl. But this is too lazy for me: I'm not really about decorating ... I'm more about eating.

Recipe from the website, one article lists 16 pudding recipes. I, with my tediousness, of course, decided to try everything. Some come across completely nowhere, some are even nothing, this one is the most delicious! Thanks to an unknown author.
