Ingredients

Mature beef on the bone 700 g
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Quince 1 PC. large
Ghee butter (any) for greasing a frying pan 1 tbsp. l.
Ground black pepper taste
Allspice 3-4 peas
Hops-suneli or similar seasoning a couple of pinches
Smoked dried prunes optional pieces 10
Abkhazian salt taste

Cooking method

  • Here's a hassle-free recipe with great results.
  • I think many people do this, but not all, as it turned out.
  • Slow cooked beef (pork) with quince Slow cooked beef (pork) with quince Chop the onions thinly and fry a little in a greased frying pan.

Then put a piece of meat, sprinkle with seasoning, pour balsamic sauce over the meat, and then cover it with onions and quince. Season the quince with a little salt and pepper to taste.
  • If you like prunes, then you can put it. The taste will become richer but sweeter.
  • Add a few tablespoons of water and set on High for two hours.
  • Then switch to low setting and cook until the meat is tender.
  • The whole process took me 7 hours.
  • The meat turned out to be fragrant, not overcooked, but layered into pieces. We really like this beef.
  • You can just leave it on a low setting overnight, since the beef is practically not digested in a slow cooker.
