Yeast-free wheat-rye whole grain bread with kefir

Ingredients

whole wheat flour 100g
whole grain rye flour 75 gram
oat bran 25 grams
fat-free kefir 250 ml
odorless vegetable oil 1/2 tablespoon
salt 1/2 teaspoon
baking powder 1 rounded teaspoon
sugar or stevioside optional
baking dish rectangular

Cooking method

  • Mix both flour and bran. Add salt, baking powder if desired 1/2 teaspoon sugar or 1/4 teaspoon stevioside.
  • Mix warm kefir and butter separately.
  • Pour the kefir mixture into the flour mixture and stir well with a fork.
  • Grease the mold with a little vegetable oil.
  • Lay out the dough with a fork or spoon. Flatten the top.
  • Put on a baking sheet on a medium level in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
  • Bake for about an hour. Willingness to test with a stick.
