Ingredients

Cooking method

  • Provencal sea bassHeat a frying pan, pour in olive oil.

Recipe from Gordon Ramsay for their World Cuisine book. The original recipe uses tuna fillet.

Fish and vegetables are very tasty, for me, no additional side dish is required, but Ramzi suggests serving it with fried potatoes or country bread.
