Ingredients

Chicken breast or fillet 1 PC
Broccoli (preferably fresh, but frozen) 400 - 500gr
Champignon 300 g
Pickled gherkins 5 - 6 pcs
Curry 0.5 tsp
Mayonnaise taste

Cooking method

  • 1. Boil or steam chicken breast. Or cook in a way convenient for you, as you prepare meat for salads.
  • I always do this in a multicooker, in a special plastic insert ..
  • Put the fillet in foil, rub lightly with salt, and add 1 tbsp. l dry wine (if available, you can do it without wine, and spices to taste). Wrap in an envelope and 20 minutes on Par.
  • Cut the chicken fillet into large cubes.

  • 2. Cut the champignons into quarters and fry in vegetable oil, after evaporating the liquid.
  • If the champignons are large, then they can be cut into 1/6 or 1/8. You need to look at the size of the mushrooms, but keep in mind that when stewing they decrease in size. Very fine slicing is not welcome here.

  • 3. Broccoli (if fresh) immersed in boiling water and cook for 2-3 minutes (so that it is not overcooked and elastic), put on a sieve and immediately rinse with cold water. If you take ice cream, it is better to steam it.
  • I did it many times with frozen broccoli and fresh. I will say right away that the taste of salad with fresh broccoli is better. But the main thing is that the broccoli does not lose its elasticity and remains crispy.
  • Disassemble into large inflorescences together with a small leg.

  • 4. Cut the small cucumbers first lengthwise, and then into 4 pieces (with half a little finger). If the cucumbers are larger, then 4 parts are long and then across these parts.
  • Mix everything and season with mayonnaise and curry.

A very tasty, light and unusual salad turns out.
It prepares very quickly. I usually prepare chicken, mushrooms and broccoli in advance. Before serving, I just chop the cucumbers and season with mayonnaise.
