Stuffed Chicken Special

Ingredients

A hen 2 Kg
Filling
Frozen vegetable mix 400 g
Curd cheese with herbs 150 g
Egg (C1) 1 PC.
Breadcrumbs 4 tbsp. l.
Coating
Vegetable oil 4 tbsp. l.
Ground paprika 1 tsp with a slide
Salt 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Stuffed Chicken SpecialFirst, we prepare the filling. Put the defrosted vegetable mixture (I took "Village style", which includes potatoes, carrots, onions, corn, bell peppers, broccoli, green beans) into a bowl. Add curd cheese (I have Almette with herbs and pickles), egg and mix.
  • Stuffed Chicken SpecialAdd the breadcrumbs, mix well and set aside.
  • Stuffed Chicken SpecialWash the chicken and dry it well inside and out. Pour salt and pepper to taste and rub them well.
  • Stuffed Chicken SpecialFor coating, mix vegetable oil, paprika, salt.
  • Stuffed Chicken SpecialDuring this time, the filling thickened and now we are filling the chicken with it. We fasten the skin from the side of the neck and at the bottom of the chicken with toothpicks. If the filling gets on the surface, wipe it dry with a paper towel.
  • Stuffed Chicken SpecialWe transfer the prepared stuffed chicken to a baking sheet. I covered it with foil. Lubricate the whole chicken evenly with the prepared coating. We put in a preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 1 hour - 1 hour 10 minutes until tender. Take a look in your oven.

A very interesting and successful recipe from the magazine "Liza. Bon appetit" for 2005. At first she treated him with caution. But, when I first cooked it, we really liked this chicken. However, over time, the filling has changed a little. In the original, sweet peppers and a lot of greens are used in the filling - I replaced them with a frozen mixture. 200 g of curd cheese was required - I reduced it to 150 g, because it is already enough, and I replaced 2 yolks with a whole egg.
