Cooking method

Good day. I want to say thank you for the recipe. It all started with the fact that my daughter asked for focaccia. Well, while kneading the dough, I changed everything a little. 125 g c / h flour, 90 g rye and 35 g wheat. The rest is prescription. I put chopped olives and sun-dried tomatoes inside. And she sent the dough into the proofing basket. Delicious bread came out.
