Ingredients

Dough:
dry yeast 3 g
wheat flour of the highest grade 300 g
milk 70 g
sour cream 15% 100 g
egg 35 g
sugar 40 g

strawberry jam 100 g
Additionally:
egg 20 g
coconut flakes 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Roll with coconut and strawberry jamMix yeast with flour (leave 1 tablespoon flour). Add warm milk, sour cream, egg, salt and sugar. Knead for 7-8 minutes.
