  • The combination of pears and cheese is a classic, and if you add turkey and basil to this combination, you get a great terrine. Everything is very harmonious in it. And you can eat it both hot and cold.
  • And we will cook in portioned tins - it seems to me that it is more convenient to serve this way.

  • egg - mix thoroughly.
  • Turkey terrine with pear, basil and cheese Put the minced meat in muffin tins with wet hands, pressing it to the walls and bottom.
  • Turkey terrine with pear, basil and cheese Coarse grated cheese, mix with pear pieces, add basil if desired, and put on the minced meat.
  • Turkey terrine with pear, basil and cheese Put the minced meat on top again.
  • Preheat the oven to 180-200 ° C. Send the molds to the oven for 20-25 minutes.

Christine, thanks for stopping by! Now I really appreciate recipes without problems - I don't have enough time for everything, but mine have become so fussy - give them pickles.

naya, Natalia, cook for good health! I hope the recipe comes in handy and the terrine is pleasant.
It is better to use pears that are not very sweet here.

thanks for the delicious recipe, cooked it yesterday. I love the combination of pear and cheese. The delicate aroma of basil gives a wonderful aftertaste. It is also delicious when cold. My husband liked it very much. Cooking with pear Conference.

Margaritahow nice that terrin liked it! And it's great that my husband was satisfied ... I also really liked the taste constellation in the terrine, especially when it was warm! In the morning a piece of cheese was asked for a sandwich to a cold terrine.

Marina, what do you think, if you make it not in portioned molds, but in one a la bread form with a brick, you need to increase the time by 10-15 minutes?

In general, I am reporting. It didn't work out on Wednesday - I was released late, but yesterday everything worked out.Quite a quick recipe as it turned out (and this is its big plus). So I quickly ran home from work, cut it, fried it, put it in a la bread pan (I don't remember the size, sorry) and put it in the oven and went to wash the dishes, and he smells like pears baking all over the apartment ... in general, she licked her lips While I was waiting Naturally I tried it, though a small piece - it was very tasty and in the morning I tasted the cold one - also very good, but warm pears sound better in it.
Of my shoals and changes - I, a crow, forgot to salt the minced meat and remembered when I already put the pears with cheese so that I salted only them and the remaining half. The thing was saved by cheese (I also have suluguni - it was rather salty and just went here).
The cheese was cubes, and I did not grate it - I was too lazy to wash the grater, but the cubes are small.
Basil needed more (in general, I think that basil for turkey / chicken is just super good, especially with fruits), but I only had a small bunch and I poured dry tarragon pounded in my hands, well, somewhere a handful.
And for some reason, it turned out that I had pulled out not a turkey for defrosting, but a chicken, so I got it from chicken sorry. From turkey, I think it will be even better.

But, it is very tasty, delicate and aromatic (I just bought super aromatic pears, I was lucky) I will do more and experiment with cheese. And don't forget to buy a large bunch of basil
MarinaThanks a lot for the recipe. Unfortunately there are no pictures. with my light and the presence of only a phone, normal photos did not work I will repeat again
