Cottage cheese 500 g
Peeled pine nuts 60 g
Gelatin 20 g
Cocoa 2 tbsp. l.
Sugar 100 g
Vanilla sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Salt pinch

Cooking method

  • Pour pine nuts with 300 ml of drinking water and grind in a blender. It is very convenient to do this in a blender with a filter:
  • Cottage cheese-chocolate blancmange with cedar milk
  • Drain the resulting milk (in the case of grinding in an ordinary blender, without a filter - strain), soak the gelatin in it and dissolve it, heating, but not boiling, in a microwave or in a water bath.
  • Combine cottage cheese, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, cocoa, cedar milk with gelatin and cake (optional) in a blender:

  • And beat well again, but without a filter:

  • Pour the mixture into a mold and send to the refrigerator until it solidifies. A delicious and healthy dessert is ready!
