Ingredients

Egg (C1) 2 pcs.
Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Salt 1/4 tsp
Soda 0.5 tsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp. l.
Serum 25 ml
Sour cream 2 tbsp. l. with a small slide
Flour / s 100 g
Sour cream with sugar taste

Cooking method

  • Belarusian chachokhaEverything cooks very quickly, so you must immediately turn on the oven to heat it up to 190 degrees.
  • Beat eggs with salt using a whisk.
  • Belarusian chachokhaAdd whey, sour cream and sugar. Beat again.
  • Belarusian chachokhaAdd soda, quenched with vinegar.
  • Belarusian chachokhaAdd flour and mix well until smooth.
  • Belarusian chachokhaGrease a cast iron pan with vegetable oil and pour the dough into it. Bake at 190 degrees for 25 minutes until tender. Take a look in your oven.

I read this recipe under such an interesting name in the magazine "I love to cook" more than a year ago, thanks to the author from Klimovichi. After baking, the cake is very fluffy, but settles when it cools. It tastes like pancakes when hot, and gingerbread when cold. We like it more hot
Over time, I changed the amount of sugar in the dough - the author has only 0.5 tsp.
