Mrs. Addams
Girls-boys, please help and share your experience. Recently I have acquired a smartphone (Androyd). Due to circumstances, he is now replacing my computer around the clock for personal purposes.
With the advent of the Internet, my hamster nature has always searched, collected and somehow stored interesting and useful recipes from sites, from LJ, etc.
There were no special problems with the computer - you can always copy the recipe into Word, whether you want with pictures, you want without, edit / format, etc. There is an impressive library of books and magazines in electronic form stored on your hard drive. From the programs I liked the "Culinary Notebook" very much.
But now I was faced with the fact that I want to use a smartphone to save some recipes from the Internet, and not just anyhow, but also in an organized way. The Internet is always available, either mobile or Wi-Fi, and in the kitchen it is even more convenient with a smartphone than with a computer or tablet.
I tried several options:
- some ready-made applications - none like it;
- "Pinmi" is only suitable for viewing, my smartphone refuses to load there;
- a notepad, but in the free version of the restriction on the amount of downloaded information - although today I use it.

Please share your experience (or poke a Temko on the site if you suddenly did not find it) - how can you quickly and conveniently save / copy recipes from the Internet using a smartphone, again conveniently, visually and preferably systematically store them in the cloud ???
kiki99
I use a culinary notebook on my computer and on my phone. On my computer, I first save the file from the notepad program installed on it (click "File", select "Save As"). Then, with the program (MCB Converter) pre-installed on the PC, we convert the saved file into KB4 format, which we then save to the phone. Thus, all the recipes that were in the Culinary Notebook on your computer are now on your phone. Plus - you can save recipes from the Internet. Try it, maybe it will work for you too.
On the phone in the Play Market there is the culinary notebook itself, in Yandex you can fill in the query "culinary notebook for android from Suvorov", 1 link downloads the program for converting files, and on YouTube there is a video on working with it, called "Converter for culinary notebook for android ". I don't know if it helped and if I wrote it clearly ...
Mrs. Addams
Tatyana, Thank you! Yes, I know about the conversion, and I tried Suvorov's Culinary Notebook itself - somehow I didn't like it. Well, it might be worth trying to look again.
kiki99
Try it. To be honest, I am also not in a wild delight from him on the android ..., but for now, for me, this is the most acceptable of the available options. Of course, on PC it suits me perfectly
masyanya25
I also use a notebook, it is convenient that you can copy on any device (it is more convenient, of course, on a PC), and accordingly view, and I really liked the fact that you can put tags to create different notebooks on different topics. It is imperative to see what a culinary notebook is.
Hellen
Recette Tek is an android app. Someone on the forum recommended. I really liked the application and stuck. Try it, it might suit your needs.
Mrs. Addams
HellenWhere have you been before! Thanks a lot! I read reviews, downloaded, already tried the application - it is very convenient to download recipes from sites with one button at once with a photo, ingredients, description, source (link) - all thosewhich had to be manually copied separately! I think it will be very useful!
annnushka27
Mrs. Addams, and where are such applications downloaded? Are they free?
Mrs. Addams
annnushka27, Recette Tek downloaded from the Play store, for free
Hellen
The application has a convenient option to recalculate the recipe up or down. this is a button with a scale image. but I want to draw your attention to the fact that the recalculation of the type of 0.5 teaspoon is not correct. If you use it, pay attention to the original numbers.
francevna
What kind of topic has appeared.
I'll try to download it for my smartphone too.
Irishk @
And I already downloaded it, thanks for the hint !! liked it, tried it and added the recipe already
Seberia
Thanks for the Recette Tek program.
Already downloaded, I am mastering
francevna
Irishk @, Irina, I also downloaded it, but I don’t understand how to transfer the recipe from the bread machine here. Please tell me.
Irishk @
Alla, I opened the recipe download in the application and entered it into the search bar. so I got to the site, and there you are already looking for the desired recipe and add it.
Zebra
It's even easier. You can directly from the site.
Use the "Share" function directly in your browser. On the 1st page of the recipe press "Menu-Share-RecetteTec".
Irishk @
Zebra, Tanya, and now in more detail how you can do this ..
Zebra
Edited the previous post. Now I will try to insert a screenshot of the screen.
No, I can't, because on my phone the screenshot is saved with the * .png extension, and on HP you can only upload * .jpg to your gallery.
Irishk @
Tanya, I figured it out, thanks for the hint I have already saved one more recipe
francevna
Zebra, Tanya, but I did not understand
Released on page 1 recipe ... where is the menu? share? What to press or what to highlight, tell the ignoramus.
Mrs. Addams
Alla, now I'll post screenshots, it's very simple.
Chef
Fixed - now not the site logo is placed, but the final photo. And now the title is not the author of the recipe, but its name. Try the same recipe from our site again and see.
Mrs. Addams

Chef, thanks a lot for fixing it. I hope now it will be possible to quickly and beautifully save the recipes of your favorite site, and spend time not on searches, rewriting on a piece of paper, etc., but on the embodiment of these recipes!

Good evening! I read Temko and also downloaded this program for myself. It turned out to transfer the recipe! Girls, thank you so much for the science!
Zamorochka
Oh, girls, thank you very much for the topic. I downloaded the program, I am transferring my favorite recipes. What a delight, otherwise I was looking for a problem even in my bookmarks on the forum)))
francevna
Everything worked out! How convenient!
Thanks a lot, everyone! +

Virgo, and you can also send messages to yourself from your computer to your phone and vice versa.
1. On your phone in WhatsApp, create a group of 2 people. You call, for example, "Sebyashki". Then he removes the 2nd chela from the group and remains in splendid isolation.
2. Install the web version of WhatsApp on your computer.
3. Everything.

Every time you turn on the computer and open the browser, the web version will automatically connect to the phone. Even if one of the devices is turned off, you still send yourself, you need everything, then you will still see everything when you turn it on. A kind of notebook. Very comfortably. For example, they found an interesting recipe on a computer, sent a link to themselves via Watsap, and opened it on the phone and uploaded the recipe to RecetteTek.

I often do this, found something interesting for myself, sent it from my computer to my phone and saved it in notes.

You can also format the text of messages in WhatsApp.
To make text italicized, use the underscore character on both sides of the text: _text_
Thumbnail*
Strikethrough: ~ text ~
Monospace (three quotation marks on both sides of the text): `` '' text``
Hellen
Girls, you can still transfer the recipe by copying the link. open the recipe on the bread maker website. in the address bar a little longer on the link hold your finger - the address bar will be highlighted and the menu COPY CUTTING ... select [copy]. open the Recette Tek application. Select the SEARCH AND IMPORT menu item. in the window that opens, in the line INSERT LINK with your finger, a menu will appear. select INSERT and press the import button. The recipe is imported to your application.
More from my experience of using. Expand the directory of categories. When editing, a recipe can be included in several categories at once. A simpler search can be organized using filters.
Florichka
That's lovely! I downloaded the program, played the whole evening.
Lenusya
Hooray!!! For iOS, you can also download there is such an application, it works !!! Mrs. Addams, thanks for the screenshots, otherwise I could not understand how it works))
I tried to insert a recipe from the application, but it turns out I need to share from the recipe page))

Only instead of the name I have the author of the recipe. Do you need to fix it manually?
francevna
Lenusyaand I have the author of the recipe.
Seberia
Girls, do you have a photo of recipes in your program? I do not have
Such a fun function - shake the phone and an arbitrary lottery recipe drops out, did you see?
Olga y
I just installed, dropped a couple of recipes so far. I see the photo while I'm studying. Such a good program, and a calendar, and a shopping list. Thanks for the hint about the program, I didn't know.
Seberia
I wonder what am I doing wrong

No photo at all? Now I checked the recipe with the forum, only the title photo is visible in the application, but the step-by-step recipe is not.
Lenusya
I can see the main photo, there are no step-by-step photos, but I can't categorize the recipes, they go like “Everyone” (or I can't figure out how to do it)) and I don't have an import-export function (my iPhone app )

Chef, but you can indicate in the title of the topic that this application can be downloaded not only for Android, but also for iOS.

Store recipes from the Internet using a smartphone (android)
francevna
SeberiaElena, it's different for me.
There is a photo of Easter cakes. next to it says Sonadora
Olga y
Lenusya, The funny thing is that I sorted the recipes into categories, but I don’t remember))), there is a calendar. Maybe it depends on the operating system?

Seberia, No, I see all the photos in my lists of recipes.
Hellen
IrVas, do you embed via SHARE or IMPORT? try both ways. I have no way to try on ios

MAIN MENU-Category management-plus-enter the category.
Open recipe in edit mode. scroll down to CATEGORY. In the drop-down list, mark the required categories. Save the recipe !!!!!
Andreevna
Very comfortably. Thanks for sharing. When editing in tags, I write, for example, baked goods-soups-pancakes-rolls. I don't know yet if it is necessary, but I am writing
Hooray, I found how to add categories. Super easy!
solmazalla
Well, I found a new toy for myself, downloaded it, I sit and save the recipes on the tablet. And maybe someone knows how to put all this saved on a smartphone later? Again manually

IrVas, Irina, on the recipe page (on the bread maker), we press the menu in the upper right corner of the browser (I have chrome) in the form of three dots, there is a "share" icon in the very top line (it is the first), when you click on it a list of applications appears, with which you can share, select recettetek (if it is not in the list, then click on "more" and connect in the list of available applications) Then you open the recettetek application window and the recipe is inserted itself.

Thank you!! And I was tormented for half a day))) I thought that our program was arranged differently !!! And after all there was a thought that everything should be simple))
Lika_n
I also had the author in the name of the recipe, I changed the name myself.
Open the recipe, first copy its name to xb, then click on the pencil at the top left and in the table that appears, remove the author and paste the name, then save the change. And the name of the recipe appears on the main page.
