Ingredients

For the test:
Brown sugar 200 gr.
Flour / s 320 g
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1 tsp
Cinnamon 1 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil 150 gr.
Egg (I have C-1) 3 pcs.
Nuts (I have peanuts) 150 gr.
Canned pineapple pieces option
Oilcake (I have carrots + apple about 50/50) 350 gr.
Grated carrots 100 g
For the cream:
Good quality butter 200 gr.
Powdered sugar 160 g
Cream cheese (I have Ricotta) 500 gr.
For ganache:
Cream 32% fat 145 gr.
Bitter chocolate 75 gr.
Milk chocolate 75 gr.
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.
For decoration:
marmalade, chocolates, sweets and so on for your taste

  • Well, all sorts of marinades, breads, pancakes and snacks are of course good. but I wanted something more substantial. I thought of a cake. well, so real !!! but the current is beneficial!
  • dug up the Internet. settled on Andy Chef's "Carrot cake - in search of the best" recipe. and may the author forgive me, she adapted it to her needs. Everything worked out great.

For a more even structure of the dough, I recommend passing the cake through a meat grinder with a medium grid.

Now I want to talk about the author's advice. Andy's recipe uses grated carrots. He advises to squeeze it a little and keep the juice. When kneading the dough, do not be afraid of its density. This is normal. But if, well, it's really quite thick, then the juice will help. There is also a significant difference from baking cakes in the oven and in a pizza oven - a crust. She's fatter in pizza shops. Therefore, I still recommend soaking a little. Or use the cream Sour cream with sugar, which comes in the original recipe. I just didn't have sour cream.
I recommend everyone to try it with cake or grated carrots. What do you have. The cake is both tasty and healthy. And this is great !!!! We liked it sooo much!
