Turkey fillet in orange marinade
Category: Meat dishes
Ingredients
Turkey fillet 600-700 g
Large oranges 2 pcs.
Vinegar (I used white wine) 1 tbsp. l.
Olive oil 2-3 tbsp. l.
Garlic
(for spicy lovers - as much as possible) 1-2 teeth
Do not regret ground coriander
Black pepper or pepper mixture to taste
Dry mint whole leaves
(probably it is possible with live) 1 tbsp. l.
Salt to taste
Cooking method

Squeeze the juice from 1.5 oranges, leave half as it is. Mix the juice with vinegar, crushed garlic, salt and seasonings EXCEPT mint (I did it in a blender), add vegetable oil. Cut the fillet into pieces, pour over, mix well, leave for 2-3 hours. Place in an oven dish with the rest of the marinade, sprinkle with mint on top, rub it between your fingers, and add the pieces of the remaining half of the orange. Put it in the oven (in my electric - T was set at 200 and cooked for about 20 minutes).

Note
I just tried the recipe, I want to share!

It turned out very gentle and spicy. Hope someone likes it too.
