Ingredients

Vegetables and mushrooms to taste:
Small tomatoes 4-6 pcs.
Eggplant 1 PC.
Zucchini 1 PC.
Asparagus bundle
Champignon 4-6 pcs.
Bell pepper 1 PC.
Marinade:
Soy sauce 5 tbsp. l.
Sesame soy vinegar 2 tbsp. l.
Olive oil. 1 tbsp. l.
Garlic 1-2 teeth
Honey 1 tbsp. l.
Provencal herbs 1 tsp
Lemon zest 1 tsp
Mustard 1 tsp
Tomato bacon up to 12 slices
Salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Prepare the marinade - mix the liquid components with chopped garlic and zest, salt and pepper if necessary
