yeast 2.5 tsp

Cooking method

  • I folded the products according to the instructions for hp. During kneading with a wooden spoon, it helped to knead. It turned out a very pleasant elastic dough of the desired consistency (not tight and not liquid), homogeneous (except for seeds). In the middle of the batch, I added vegetable oil to the sides of the bucket in a VERY thin stream. Then I saw that it was not in vain. The dough stopped sticking to the walls and the roof formed evenly. Despite the addition of oil, it rose very well, which means there was not much oil. The bread is very tasty, fragrant with pleasant sourness. There were no seeds and seasoning in the recipe, she added herself.
