Ingredients

Rabbit (I have a back cut or legs) 1125 gram
Bulb onions 2 pcs.
Large carrots 1 PC.
Garlic 3-4 teeth
Thyme and rosemary by branch
Carnation 2-3 buds
Black peppercorns and allspice 6-8 pcs.
Bay leaf 1-2 pcs.
Salt to taste 3 tsp
Additionally:
Carrot 1 PC.
Bulb onions 2 pcs.
Butter for frying

Cooking method

  • In a multicooker, it is easy to set the EXTINGUISHING mode for 3-4 hours. I immediately set 4 hours, the maximum time in my slow cooker. Usually the riyet remains heated for another 2 hours. It turns out that way.

Leftover broth can be used in sauces, for example, or other dishes. By and large, we don't need boiled vegetables anymore.

Jeanne, that's just the fundamental difference between the riyet and the pate - these are the fibers. They should be! A part can be scrolled, a third or a half or two thirds. But leave the rest in fibers. A correct riyet is always rough, fibrous.
