Ingredients

pork liver 1 kg
pork 300-400 gr
fat 200 g
turnip onion 4-5 pcs
garlic 2 heads
intestines 3-4 meters
salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • - finely chop the bacon
  • - Scroll the meat and liver through a meat grinder on a large wire rack, with onions and garlic.
  • - salt - pepper.
  • - mix everything.
  • - soak the intestines for 10 minutes.
  • - fill the intestines with minced meat and cook on the grill)))
  • cooking time about 30 minutes, 10 minutes on medium heat, then reduce heat and ready
  • do not pierce the sausages when cooking, otherwise they will be dry.
  • garlic and onions can be added more or less as you like.

14 pieces of sausages, 20-25 cm each
