Corn flour 100 g
Flakes 4 cereals 4 tbsp. l. with a slide
Water 220 ml
Salt 1.5 tsp
Sugar 1.5 tbsp. l.
Sesame oil 1.5 tbsp l.
Dry yeast 1.5 tsp.
Powdered milk 1.5 tbsp. l.
Sunflower, pumpkin and sesame seeds
in the dispenser 1 tbsp. l.
Cooking method

Basic mode, baking for 4 hours

Note
I baked it in the morning, put it on the timer, got up and controlled the bun. The bread turned out to be unsightly, rose quite a bit, the crumb is soft, and the taste and aroma of homemade butter, so "sunny"
