I did yesterday
Lazy zeppelins
Nuuu, I'm probably a sooooo "young" hostess ... it turned out delicious, but I couldn't make the dough thin, exactly half of the minced meat remained. Maybe there is some kind of trick, how to mold these zeppelins correctly?
And this is the next day fried
Lazy zeppelins
Meat is not enough, but tasty
Thanks again for the recipe DonnaRosa.

Thanks again for the recipe DonnaRosa.

Today my au pair bought cottage cheese of the same shape, also flaked, only low fat, last time it was 9%. Tomorrow I'll cook again lazy zeppelins from fat-free ones, I don't think it will be much worse, I will add sour cream to the top. Personally, I like not to bother, cooking is easy but delicious. Curd is also easier for the stomach than grated potatoes. I have no friendship with potato dough.

OOOO no, potato dough is aerobatics, I won't even try. But I will definitely repeat the cottage cheese dough.

Ilya Lazerson: "There are never too many cracklings" - the true truth! The principle of sculpting these dérijables is clear, I will try to make lazy ones with raw minced meat.

Do not use low fat cottage cheese. I tried to cook it, it was not tasty. Out of 9% it was very tasty.

I have no friendship with potato dough.

Yesterday I tried to make friends with potato dough, cooked zeppelins strictly according to this recipe. It turned out 8 pieces are small, but rather soft and tasty. : nyam: It's a pity that I didn't have vitamin C, it was needed in the dough for clarification, so that the finished zeppelins were white and not darkened. This is a purely Lithuanian trick. Cooked in liquid starchy water-jelly.
No photo, it's dark again.

Somehow it turns out that the meat fits just right.
Yesterday I sculpted potatoes from grated potatoes + boiled. Meat also fit well. We must not rush, if there is a crack, I "putty" it with an additional piece of dough, smooth it and roll the zeppelin in starch so that it holds and does not crack, does not fall apart.

Add the powdered ascorbic tablet or half to the grated potato dough. The dough will be white and will not darken.
