  • When the dough stops sticking, place on the work table and roll into a ball. There is no need to add flour.

  • Put in a bowl greased with vegetable oil, cover and place in a warm place (oven with a light bulb) for 2 hours. During this time, knead once, after 1 hour.

I was repeating Andy Chef's recipe from the leftovers of Lithuanian challah and a bar according to Sonador's recipe. And the author made it from toast bread, cutting it into triangles, and it was very beautiful. The essence of the recipe is that slices of bananas are placed between slices of bread, and the whole structure is filled with a mixture of eggs, cream, curd cheese and something sweet (maple or other syrup, liquid honey, and I took condensed milk). It is baked in the oven, and the output turns out ... m-mmm! Above it crunches very gently, and below, where the bananas and the filling are baked, it turns out a crumb soaked in a cream similar to custard. My tablespoon is generous. And maybe some other reasons. But this does not affect the taste in any way. They cut off a piece for a sample, now the husband demands "toast in triplicate"
