Natural white grape juice 2 liters
Wheat flour 125gr

Cooking method

  • I am spreading the recipe at the request of girls from the forum, at least to see. I don't cook myself, I buy ready-made and I'm sure hardly anyone will do it, although who knows, maybe someone will come in handy. 2 liters of natural homemade grape juice must be boiled down to half. Quarters of walnuts should be strung on a thick thread 25 cm long. Tie one end with a knot, make a loop on the other. Take a saucepan with a thick bottom. Stir the sifted flour with boiled warm grape juice so that there are no lumps. Put on a very low heat and cook continuously, stirring with a wooden spoon for about 40 minutes. The mixture should turn red and bubbles should appear. If it turns out to be very thick, add a little boiled juice. Then, holding on to the loop, lower the nuts into this mixture and press down with a spoon for complete immersion. Take out the nuts and hang to dry for 10 days. I keep it wrapped in a tea towel in a plastic bag. I hid it away.
