Protein roll with chocolate

Ingredients

egg whites 150 grams (about 4)
sugar 150 grams
flour 45 grams
chocolate black 75 gram
salt pinch
vanilla taste
favorite cream

Cooking method

  • Protein roll with chocolateGrate chocolate on a fine grater. Prepare sugar, flour, vanilla, salt.
  • Protein roll with chocolateCover the baking sheet with baking paper.
  • Protein roll with chocolate Whisk utensils must be free of fat and dry. Wash eggs. Divide eggs into whites and yolks. We don't need yolks. Separate the whites carefully so that the yolk does not get into them. Add a pinch of salt and vanilla to the protein. Begin whipping.
  • Protein roll with chocolateBeat the whites until foam appears.
  • Protein roll with chocolateContinuing to beat, gradually add sugar.
  • Protein roll with chocolateWhisk until medium peaks. The peaks are no longer soft, but not yet hard.
  • Protein roll with chocolateSift flour into proteins and mix gently by folding.
  • Protein roll with chocolateAdd chocolate and mix also by folding.
  • Protein roll with chocolateIt turns out an airy, light dough.
  • Protein roll with chocolate
  • Protein roll with chocolatePlace the dough on a baking sheet. Flatten.
  • Protein roll with chocolateBake at 170 degrees for 15-20 minutes. The finished cake does not stick and when you press on it in the center it bounces.
  • Protein roll with chocolateRemove the roll from the oven, let cool. Grease thinly with cream. Leave some of the cream for decoration.
  • Protein roll with chocolateRoll the layer into a roll with baking paper on the short or, like me, on the long side. You can leave the roll in this form, or you can make a composition out of it.
  • Protein roll with chocolateCut the roll into two unequal parts. One part should be the largest and you need to cut it off exactly. Cut the most part into two unequal parts at an angle of approximately 45 degrees.
  • Protein roll with chocolateFold an impromptu branch from the largest and middle part. Lubricate the end of the smallest part and place it on top. Decorate as you like by masking the seam.
  • Protein roll with chocolate
  • Cooking is not difficult, the main thing is to do it with love for your loved ones!

The dish is designed for

family or company

Note

The recipe was spied somewhere on the Internet.
Very tasty, tender, festive. The cream is suitable for cream or any other butter. The chocolate may not remain interspersed, it may melt. Recommend!

Angela, stared at the roses ... and the color of the leaves struck on the spot !!! Very original composition I am already beginning to feel uncomfortable, but I have never seen such a presentation in the form of a branch anywhere. Dark and the village is shorter

Sveta, progressing?

nowhere is there such a presentation in the form of a branch
Stop it, Brightwing. There are plenty of these hemp. And here, it seems, Huska showed. Well, maybe without flowers, but cream on top and everything under a tree.
You are just sicker with Euro-tortikas and do not pay such attention.

ang-kay, Angela, please tell me, can you grease it with jam instead of cream and the cold dough won't break when rolling?
ang-kay
Gayanethan to lubricate is a matter of taste. Not for my taste. The dough does not break. I twisted it without any problems even on the long side. The main thing is not to dry it in the oven.

ang-kay, Angela thanks for the answer.

Sveta, progressing?

The language does not dare to say that you are progressing, because what we see is always ideal and does not need "progress". But the flowers are very delicate and the color transition is beautiful!

But tell me, please, did you twist them on a carnation, and then transfer them with scissors? Or through the freezer? Or how? Or is your nozzle so magical?
ang-kay
Sveta, Thank you. I see for myself that they are starting to work out for me, although these are my sixth roses in my life. You know when I first did them.
Twisting on a carnation. It's not convenient for me. Very small and metallic. She glued the paper and also held it. I just shot it with a fork and put it on right away, although I have scissors. It's a wet meringue protein cream. In my opinion, it does not need a freezer at all. There is not a drop of oil.

Disposed of my proteins today. The roll was supposed to be used for homemade tea, so "I blinded him from what was, but what was, then ..." they ate!
Protein roll with chocolate
Cream of sour cream with sugar, and also smeared the cake itself thinly with homemade apricot jam. Jam seemed to me not entirely appropriate there, or rather, apricots, it would have been better cherry. But my husband and dad gobbled up with smacking lips! I also gave it to my dad, in the photo there are leftovers.
Angela, I liked the cake very much, I will definitely still bake it, only I will put another cream.

just put another cream.

Which one?
What cream will be more successful here?
Svetta
Taya, I think that whipped cream, or curd-creamy, or even var. condensed milk + butter. I think that the lemon Kurd will be good. Or any chocolate cream! Maybe sour cream will do, it's just that the taste was smeared with apricot jam.

And here I wrote that whipped cream or butter would be better. It will be good butter-brewed.

Angela, this year is bathed in your recipes
So I got to the roll. There are proteins left after tiramisu. What can I say?
Yummy!!
And, at first I tried it, it seemed, well, very sweet! And then the roll somehow insisted or something, everything became very harmonious, as it should.
Protein roll with chocolate
Lubricated with chocolate cream cheese.
