Oat flakes 70 g
Egg 1 PC.
Condensed milk 100 g
Coconut flakes 50 g
Vanilla, zest of half a lemon
Canned pineapple 200 g
White chocolate 100 g

Cooking method

  • A strange name? Name by name of the form in which it is baked.
  • So I come up with a curd dessert, and then I strongly associate it with the form.
  • And all of it is so chocolate-orange, coconut-pineapple. Which means - tropical!
  • Orange-chocolate part:
  • Bavarian curd in a tropical styleLet's start by brewing cocoa in hot freshly brewed coffee and letting it brew for at least 10 minutes. So cocoa will better reveal its flavor. We want a rich chocolate flavor.
  • Bavarian curd in a tropical styleChop chocolate shortbread cookies at random - from crumbs to very large pieces.
  • Bavarian curd in a tropical style in a mixer bowl, mix cottage cheese, oatmeal, brewed cocoa, orange zest, vanilla and sugar. Mix well with the "spatula" nozzle until smooth.
  • Bavarian curd in a tropical styleAdd the egg. We do not knead for a long time. We introduce cookies. We mix.
  • Coconut-pineapple part:
  • Bavarian curd in a tropical styleCut pineapples into small pieces.
  • Bavarian curd in a tropical styleIn a mixer bowl, mix cottage cheese, oatmeal, vanilla, condensed milk, coconut and lemon zest. Mix well with the "spatula" nozzle until smooth.
  • Bavarian curd in a tropical styleAdd the egg in the same way as in the chocolate part. We do not knead for a long time. We introduce pineapples, also without kneading for a long time. Just until smooth - so as not to turn pineapples into porridge.
  • Assembly:
  • Bavarian curd in a tropical style Lubricate the mold with butter and sprinkle with flour. You can use a multipurpose mold release agent.
  • Put 2/3 of the orange-chocolate part in a mold and level it with a spatula completely over the entire height of the bowl in a thin and even layer.
  • Bavarian curd in a tropical style We spread the coconut-pineapple part in the formed hollow. We try to avoid voids. We align.
  • Bavarian curd in a tropical style Cover the top with an even layer of the remaining chocolate-orange mass.
  • Bavarian curd in a tropical styleBake at 160C in the oven for about 1 hour 20 minutes. Then relax the walls, make cuts on the surface and return to the switched off oven for another 20 minutes. Remove, loosen the walls again and allow to cool before turning over. Turn the warm casserole on the wire rack. Cool completely
  • Bavarian curd in a tropical styleFinely chop white chocolate and melt it in the microwave or in a water bath.
  • Bavarian curd in a tropical stylePut chocolate on the cooled Bavarian.
