Berry pie (very simple) in a multicooker Polaris 0349

Ingredients

Whey (from cottage cheese) 125 ml
Egg C1 1 PC
Sugar 130 g
Vegetable oil 70 g
Wheat flour 1c 200 g
Vanillin on the tip of a knife
Berry (I have frozen currants) taste
Soda 2/3 tsp
Lemon acid 1/3 tsp

Cooking method

  • Beat the egg slightly (the egg is very small, C1, but I dropped it, so it turned out even smaller) with sugar. Add whey, vegetable oil (I have corn oil), vanillin, soda, lemon and flour. Mix. I beat with a mixer at the lowest speed. Grease a multicooker bowl with vegetable oil, put half of the dough. Then scatter the berries over the dough (randomly), lay out the remaining dough. Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes. on the Baking program. Willingness to check with a toothpick. At first I set to bake for 1 hour, but after this time the cake was raw. I had to add another 15 minutes. Since the top of the pie in a slow cooker does not look very good, I poured sour cream with sugar on top (2 tablespoons of sour cream + 1 tablespoon of sugar). It turned out very tasty. Here's a pie without sour cream:

There is no serum, but what if you dilute sour cream with water?
Irin1
Rada-dms! Bake for health, the recipe and execution are very simple.

Maria! You can even dilute kefir with water, or you can not dilute it at all.
Lagri
Thank you, I went to try.
Irina F
Oh, something and I wanted such a pie !!!
Irin1, the cutter looks great!
There is a serum, now I will be back from children's classes and bake)

Irin1, and I'll try, I'll try straight tomorrow :-). There are currants!
Irin1
Lagri, Maria! Thanks for the photo, it's good that it turned out to be a pie.

DonnaRosaThank you, as always laconic, but very nice!

mamusi, With currants, the pie is sour, if you have a sweet tooth, you can add sugar.
DonnaRosa
Irin1, I love recipes without problems and to be delicious.
I have a similar cherry pie in multi / v, but there is butter.
Albina
Irina, I also lured a piece and yesterday I went and baked a pie for jam. 🔗
Irin1
Albina, well, how did you get the jam? Very interesting, I also have a jam for an add-on. Thank you for the Rose.
Albina
Irina, almost 2 liters of syrup remained from the cherry jam. But it is acidified in plastic dishes. So I used it. I baked it in the evening, and asked my son: we will eat like a cupcake or like a cake. Said he wanted it like cake. So now I will make a cream and miss it. And the cake itself in the cartoon has risen more than 2 times. Honestly, I did not expect it. It took 2h 10m. bake

And I don’t have it now, or rather it’s very old, it probably won’t work ... Can you use milk?
ala
Irisha! Thanks for the tasty treat!
Baked for 35 minutes in a pressure cooker. I didn't put enough berries (black currant) ... It turned out to be almost 5 cm high ...

Lucilia, and old whey will do, and even diluted kefir.

ala, mamusi ! You have very beautiful pies, thanks for the photo!

Lagri, Maria! , I am very glad that you liked the cake. I'll try to make a cake too, only I can think of some cream so that it is not very greasy. 10% sour cream probably won't work?

Here's mine, from the oven!

Thanks for another lovely pie photo! I am very glad that the recipe is not forgotten. And we with our "summer" in Moscow, probably, will not wait for currants.
mamusi
Irina, Today I baked it again.
While the currants are going I will bake every other day. Then I'll start from frozen!
The fact is that the composition suits me perfectly. Whey, 1st grade flour, plant butter, berry!
mamusi
Irin1, I bake your pie very often, Irina. And I recommend it to everyone. Now I bake it in Keksnitsa Keks-Express in 16 minutes. I only had to reduce the volume a little. Delicious!
Thank you!

Small errors on the surface are caused by apple pieces, I added them for the first time and also raspberries there. You can sprinkle with powder. But I don't want extra sweetness for myself)
I'll show you the cutout later when the cake is cool.
mamusi
IrinaThanks for the Pie.
I bake it often.
And in Keksnitsa and Multa.
Yesterday I baked in a multicooker Polaris 0360.
Inside there is apple jam and randomly frozen currants.
Simple and delicious your Pie, thanks!)

venera19, Anna, Thanks for the photo! What a handsome man you have turned out. I'm glad the recipe came in handy.
Elya_lug
Irin1, an interesting recipe, a small amount of ingredients. Have you tried with cherries? I have a lot in the freeze, but it is sour.
Irin1
I can't say about cherries, I make them with black currants. This is also not a very sweet berry. The pie is sour. And there is a lot of sugar in the dough. I think the cherry will not be very sour.
Elya_lug
Irin1, thanks, I'll think about it, or I'll do without cherries.
mamusi
Girls, I do straight often, often.
Here you can see my photos are full!
I did it with frozen currants and cherries!
Nice sourness from the berry!
Pie is a lifesaver!

Py Si: try adding cocoa !!!

mamusi, and cherry gives a lot of liquid?

cherry gives a lot of liquid?
I don’t put much.
I mix it with the dough. And not in the layer.
And I also use the advice from Ira Irgata. Any shallow freeze - in a colander or bowl and pour boiling water over or hold for 1 minute.
Then - even if you eat like this, even on a napkin, roll it in flour and baked goods, I never noticed an excess of juice.
Elya_lug
mamusi, thank you, I didn't know that, I would have poured it frozen.

mamusi, thank you, I didn't know that, I would have poured it frozen.
Ale, I also often put frozen straight ... It depends on what product. If I already know and I'm not afraid ...
And I often do it with boiling water, especially currants.
But what was the topic of Ira's (formerly Irsha's) advice I don't remember.
But it was definitely her!
In my opinion the Temka was about the Freezer.
Yes.
