Cooking method

  • The soup was cooked in a ceramic saucepan on a divider.

  • Cook until the meat is tender, but not until cooked. It takes about half an hour. Add chopped potatoes and canned white beans. We increase the degree of heating, bring the soup to a boil. Add fried onions, carrots and cabbage. Add salt and spices if necessary. We reduce the degree of heating to a minimum. Cook until meat and potatoes are fully cooked. Remove the duck skin from the pan. Add the crushed garlic.
  • Turn off the fire. Let the soup brew for 10 minutes.
