Healthy muffin in 5 minutes

Ingredients

fat-free soft cottage cheese 100g
fat-free kefir 2 tablespoons
eggs C-O 2 pieces
oat bran 2 tablespoons
cocoa 1 tablespoon
stevioside / stevia 1/2 teaspoon
salt on the tip of a knife
baking powder 2 teaspoons
bitter chocolate option

Cooking method

  • Grind the bran in a coffee grinder.
  • Add salt, stevia, cocoa. Mix.
  • Separately combine cottage cheese, kefir and eggs. Mix.
  • Combine both mixtures. Mix.
  • Pour in baking powder at the end, stir well.
  • Grease the form with oil (I have a regular plastic can from under the products).
  • Pour out the dough.
  • Put in the microwave for 5 minutes at 700 watts.
  • After disconnecting, leave for another couple of minutes.
  • Take it out, turn it on a plate.
  • On slightly cooled, rub a little bitter chocolate.
  • All.
  • Breakfast or snack is ready.
