This is ... how do you talk about the stars? "Star in shock"?
Taki, yes, I'm fshoki, although not a star.
Is it just boiled condensed milk, without any dancing with tambourines?
Cool!
So I sit and think: also, chtol, would Keshka want this? ...
Song
Olga, it turned out great! And a lot at once and without unnecessary trouble.
Miranda
zvezda, and it turns out directly boiled?
That is, here is a thick, thick, can you cook the cream?
Twig
Elena Tim, do you have something like Shteba? They also make condensed milk in it. And I just saw the recipe in the pan
zvezda
The photo turned out to be darker ... I took a photo almost in the morning and on the phone (only saw that it was sideways) !!!! This is already the second portion, I was tormented for a long time with the temperature .. condensed milk is normal, as it should be !!!! It seems to me that you can also make boiled ... I have something in between: oops: but delicious !!! And the cream turned out great !!!
Yanusya08
Elena Tim, Keshka wanting, it's certainly cool))) And cooking in it, as you can see from the recipe, is a pleasure. But while it is not there, it is quite possible to cook dry without any problems on the stove in a saucepan with a thick bottom. True, I have a slightly different recipe, it also contains infant formula / milk powder. For more than two years I have been cooking custom-made cakes and cream and, for a dairy girl, dough. This is how it is just cooked Condensed milk in Kenwood with induction
like this after the refrigerator. It tastes like toffee. Very, very tasty)))Condensed milk in Kenwood with induction

Yes Yes...
It's just that when somewhere in Keshka's video he cooks and twists something, I immediately fall into relaxation, I can't tear my eyes off, I literally gaze out:
And again I start to want him.

Yanawhat a gorgeous condensed milk! I had to go to a regular meal, otherwise my stomach contracted with indignation, they say, why do they have, but I do not.

I’m not against that, but the author may be offended that under his recipe someone else’s ... I’ll write to you in a personal.
Miranda
Yanusya08, I would not be offended.

Write to me then, please.
zvezda
AND I DO NOT OFFENSE ANYTHING !!! : friends: I'm just FOR !!!!! : drinks_milk: Lay out with pleasure we'll see everything ....
Miranda
And here, by the way, is the question.

How much condensed milk is obtained?
For the recipe I need two standard cans, ie 600 grams. How much milk is better to take to get as much condensed milk?
zvezda
I didn't know how to measure it: girl_sad: but it seems to me 700-750 ml of milk: girl-th: Although I did it well ... I just used it, and they helped right away
Natusichka
Oh, how delicious! And I just bought a ready-made toffee yesterday, so I wanted it !!!!!

As soon as I eat it, I'll make it according to this recipe! Thank you very much!!!
vaska
I did, but I got crumbly toffee, like they sell in the store in the form of tiles)). I cooked for a long time, everything was a liquid mass for me, but how to cool down, crystallization began, now I pick it with a spoon, but this did not stop me from making a cream from half of the condensed milk-toffee.
thanks for the recipe!
zvezda
There, the temperature should not be reduced very much !!! I also suffered ... by the way, toffee is in my line
Yanusya08
zvezda, Ol, well, since you do not mind, then I am writing my recipe. (or rather, it is not mine, it was found somewhere in the Internet. I changed it for myself and cook condensed milk like this for more than 2 years regularly)
Sugar 960 gr
Infant formula / milk powder 350 gr (I have a formula)
Milk 800
vanilla to taste
I boil the milk in a large saucepan and mix the dry ingredients separately. Pour in hot milk, stir everything and pour back into a large saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook at 3 on the electric stove (so that it gurgles slightly). Increases greatly when simmering, hence large saucepan. Cooking time depends on how thick you want to dry.
Bon Appetit!

thanks for the recipe!
this happens if you cook it at a low temperature.

And I also cooked condensed milk according to this recipe - the color, the taste is very close to the present, but I still have it liquid, dripping from the spoon. Cooked for 50 minutes. Then it stood, and the oil on top stood out as a film, punched it with a blender, became homogeneous. For three days, it thickened a little, but still liquid. I didn't cook? Is my induction weak?
