sugar 1 tbsp. the spoon
pressed yeast 25 grams

vanilla taste
lemon zest 1 tsp
raisins 100g

Fermentation for 1 hour at a temperature of 27-28 degrees or until the increase in volume is 2 - 2.5 times.

The main thing is that before this procedure, the buns should stand in the air for at least 8-10 hours. After the oven, I put it on the grate in the evening, and in the morning there are water procedures)))
